1. Scope of the T&Cs

The general terms and conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as “GTC”, are applicable to all orders placed on the nutreine.ch website.
All deliveries, offers and services of Nutriine are subject to the T&Cs.

2. Orders

Once the selection of products has been made, and the delivery method chosen, the customer accesses a summary of his Order, which he is required to check and - if necessary - modify, in particular if he notices errors and/or wishes add or remove Products. The Customer is then invited to proceed with the validation of the Order. Once the Order has been validated, the Customer must pay the Total Price. Once the payment has been made, the Customer then receives an email confirming payment and confirming the Order, specifying the terms and times for shipping the Product(s) to the address indicated by the Customer. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Order if it is abnormal (quantities or regularity suggesting that the Customer is acting for professional or commercial purposes, for example), placed in bad faith or for any other legitimate reason and, in particular, when there is a dispute with the Customer concerning the payment of a previous order.

3. Price

For all orders made, the prices indicated at the time of the order will be applied. Prices shown include value added tax. Shipping and delivery costs are not included.
Commercial companies, resellers and approved healthcare specialists benefit from special conditions. (Obtaining the status on request and after verification). Nutriine reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Terms of delivery

For any order with a value of less than Fr.100-, a lump sum of Fr. 9.- will be charged. During certain time-limited promotions, Nutriine may waive shipping charges.
The delivery of an order in Switzerland is free from an order value of Fr.100.-

Zanatura is authorized to fulfill an entire order in several shipments. The costs generated by a multiple delivery are borne by Zanatura.
Delivery is made by SwissPost. Zanatura ships from Monday to Friday in less than 5 hours. Any goods ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, except Thursday. Zanatura undertakes to inform the user by email in the exceptional case where an order is not processed within 48 hours.
If in cases of force majeure: if a good was not deliverable, its production interrupted, or if Zanatura was unable to obtain the good, that the latter became unavailable after a contract with the customer has intervened, Zanatura is released from its obligation to deliver. The customer will be reimbursed or can change his order if he wishes.
In the event that events beyond its control occur which delay or make delivery impossible (e.g. strike, ban or request for the withdrawal of a product by the authorities), Zanatura declines all responsibility for the delays that have occurred.
In the event that the user decides to return the goods, the shipping costs for the return will be at his expense, if the value of the goods ordered is less than Fr. 70.- In all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by Zanatura.

5. Means of payment

Nutriine uses Stripe and Paypal payment systems. Users can use the following payment methods: Credit Card, (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Apple Pay. Nutréine reserves the right to add payment methods at a later date.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise within fourteen (14) calendar days (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays and non-working days) from the date of receipt of the Order by the Customer. . The period begins to run at the beginning of the first hour of the day following receipt of the Order and ends on the expiry of the last hour of the last day of the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event that this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, the period will be extended until the first following working day.

The Company will reimburse the Customer for the Total Price paid for the Order which has been the subject of a withdrawal by the Customer under the above conditions, using the original method of payment, and this at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the Company is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw, subject to having received the Product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal within this period.

The Company reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for Products that have been used/opened.

7. Payment of return costs

If the user decides to return the goods, he bears the shipping costs.

8. Warranties - Liability

8.1. The documents, descriptions and information relating to the Products appearing on the Site are not covered by any guarantee, explicit or implicit, with the exception of the guarantees provided for by law. The Company is required to deliver Products that comply with contractual and legal provisions. The Products are considered to be in conformity with the contractual provisions if they comply with the description appearing on the Site and if they meet the quality criteria which are generally accepted for products of the same type and which can reasonably be expected.

8.2. The use of the Products assumes an appropriate lifestyle. The Customer is informed that the consumption of the Products is strongly discouraged without the prior opinion of a health professional, if he is in one of the following cases:

- health problems ;

- special nutritional or dietary regimen;

- pregnant person;

- medical treatment, pathology, allergy, food intolerance;

- intensive sports practice.

The Products are not medicines and cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The Company cannot be held responsible for the consumption of the Products if it turns out that the Customer had not taken the necessary measures to guard against any risk. The Company does not guarantee any obligation of result as to the effects of the Products for the Customer.

9. Protection of personal data

The protection of your personal data is a priority at Nutréine. You can consult the following link Privacy Policy at the bottom of every page on the site.

10. Place of jurisdiction

The contract is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is in Fribourg. For individuals and for commercial companies, resellers, self-employed workers, the liberal professions, the legal forum is exclusively in Fribourg.
The contractual language is French.
The T&Cs are subject to Swiss law.

11. Salvage clause

In the event that certain articles or paragraphs were without legal value, or if the contract contained one or more gaps, it remains applicable as a whole with the exception of the articles and clauses in question.
