All packages are prepared and sent under hygienic conditions in accordance with all the recommendations of the health authorities.

Once your order has been validated, it cannot be modified unless you contact us before it is dispatched.

Due to Brexit, delivery is temporarily suspended to the United Kingdom

We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is your responsibility.

The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must attach to your shipment: the product, the order number concerned by the return and your contact details.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.

If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the refund cannot be made. Orders made on our e-shop cannot be returned or exchanged in our shop and points of sale.

You can modify an order if it has not yet been shipped by writing to us at contact@nutréine.ch

We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), by Paypal and Apple Pay.

If there is an error in your order, let us know by writing to us at contact@nutreine.ch We will send you your return slip.

We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The product(s) must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must enclose the number of the order concerned with your shipment.

All Nutreine SAS products are made in France, in local companies. The products are 100% natural with few transformations. 

Nutreine is a company that contributes to respect for the environment and people. For this we integrate waste reduction into the company to improve the company's profitability, we recycle and reuse all our shipping boxes and sort the little waste we have. Nutreine SAS employees are made aware of sustainable development, this awareness helps to improve the living environment and job satisfaction. Finally for our users, we promote transparency. Indeed, we market quality products with a short and traceable circuit. 

All of our packaging is made from bioplastics, i.e. 100% biodegradable plastics. The shipping boxes are recyclable or reusable depending on the customer's choice. Finally, the products are 100% natural, local and with little processing. The carbon impact of Nutreine is negative (zero).
